METHODOLOGY

As a former professional boxer, I’m still referred to by my fight name: “Silk”.  The name followed me out of the ring, when I began pioneering the concept of boxing for fitness in 1990. I began crafting my highly specialized methodology of boxing training in 1979 and to this day, it has proved its supremacy by delivering on 3 important aspects of an unparalleled fitness experience:
